Twisted Metal: Black. Best vehicular combat game I have ever played in my life. That's why it deserves a review from moi.

Style: 9
Very slick characters and vehicles. I love how the weapons pop up from a certain part of the vehicle. The vehicles are very imaginative, and the characters are extremely creative, which are all mentally insane. Each has a storyline shrouded in mystery, that eventually gets revealed as you progress along.

Gameplay: 7
Every vehicle is equally balanced with the others, and has it's own little secrets for you to discover. Some weapons have more than one function, and some can even be rear-fired. And to top it off, every vehicle has a superpowerful special weapon, to use for tactical advantage.

Graphics: 6
The graphics aren't all that good to tell the truth. The explosions are basically edited from a .gif file, and some weapons don't leave light around them. The cinematics graphics are off the charts, otherwise. There are details even in the places you wouldn't look at.

Sound: 8
Explosions, gunfire, and yells of bloody murder. Even the soundtracks themselves sound catastrophic. Every weapon and item makes a different sound, and the game voice acting isn't all that bad either. The only thing that annoys me is that every one makes the same death cry.

Overall: 9.5
Pretty badass game. The only thing it lacks, is gameplay modes. But other than that, it's THE game to quench your thirst for mayhem, catastrophe, and no-rules vehicular deathmatches. Not for the weak of heart. The only objective is kill. Period.
